Welcome to midvash.app
This is the institutional home of Midvash. Why it exists, and what will live here.
Today we put midvash.app online — the institutional home of Midvash, separate from the Bible reader that keeps living at midvash.com.
The split is simple:
- midvash.com stays as the place where you read. The Bible in nine languages, dozens of translations, dictionary, commentaries, characters, harmony of the Gospels. It’s the tool.
- midvash.app is the home. It’s where the native iPhone and Android apps live, the public roadmap of what we’re building, this blog with behind-the-scenes notes, and the pages about who we are.
Why split them?
Because each place needs to do one job well. The reader exists to be read — not to be interrupted by product announcements. This page exists to talk about the product, the path, the choices — without competing with Scripture for your attention.
What lives here
We’ll use this blog to share what usually stays inside the building:
- Product decisions we made and why
- Behind-the-scenes of new features
- Reflections on design, typography, reading
- New platform announcements (extension, desktop, whatever comes next)
There’s no fixed schedule. When there’s something worth telling, we tell it. When there isn’t, we stay quiet.
Where to find everything
- Roadmap — what’s available, in progress, next, and what we’re still considering
- Apps — every platform we ship on
- About — the short story
- Contact — get in touch
Welcome. Sweeter than honey, sweeter than the honeycomb.
